About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Data Engineer who can design, build, and manage scalable data pipelines to support the growing business and analytical needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and organize large datasets from various structured and unstructured sources.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines tailored to business requirements.
• Perform complex data analysis and generate actionable insights and reports.
• Develop and maintain scalable data and metadata models.
• Prepare, clean, and transform data for machine learning workflows.
• Build, test, and optimize algorithms and data prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and solution architects to support data-driven projects.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in Python programming for data engineering tasks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (GCP).
• Strong proficiency in databases — either SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and data warehouse architectures.
• Experience with workflow management tools like Apache Airflow.
• Familiarity with data preparation techniques for machine learning models.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of data governance and security practices.
