Overview

The role combines sales execution with marketing support in the furnishing and interior design industry. The candidate is expected to drive business growth by converting client inquiries into confirmed projects while also supporting promotional and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement

• Meet clients to understand requirements, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
• Present furnishing solutions and design concepts confidently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Sales Activities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Assist in converting leads into confirmed projects.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

• Marketing Support

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Provide input for marketing materials and product presentations.

• Design & Product Knowledge (Specific to Furniqube)

• Prepare 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards for client presentations.
• Stay updated on furnishing trends, materials, and design innovations.
• Support the design team in project development when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and drafting software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in sales/marketing within the furnishing or interior design industry is an advantage.
