Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Engineer with expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level identity and access management solutions while ensuring secure and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Active Directory Management: Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory, including AD replication, trust relationships, and DNS configurations.

Microsoft 365 & Azure Integration:  Optimize Azure AD Connect and support Microsoft Entra ID (MIM) for identity lifecycle management.

Endpoint & Virtual Desktop Management:  Manage endpoints via Microsoft Intune (MEM) and deploy/optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Security & Compliance:  Implement and maintain Microsoft Defender suite and Azure AD Conditional Access while ensuring compliance with security policies.

Automation & Migration:  Create PowerShell scripts for automation and perform migrations using tools like Quest Migration Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Active Directory Expertise:  Proficiency in Active Directory management, including replication and DNS configurations.

Microsoft 365 and Hybrid Identity Solutions :  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services and hybrid identity solutions.

Microsoft Entra ID (MIM):  Experience in identity lifecycle management using Microsoft Entra ID (MIM).

Endpoint Management :  Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.

Scripting and Automation:  Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell.

Security Tools Proficiency:  Familiarity with Microsoft Defender suite and Azure AD Conditional Access policies.

Migration Expertise:  Proven experience with migration tools like Quest Migration Manager.

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD):   Knowledge of AVD deployment and management.

Education and Experience
