PostgreSQL Database Administrator on AWS cloud
- Strong experience in PostgreSQL database administration, with at least 6 + years of experience in AWS Cloud.
- Experienced in database monitoring, backup, recovery, and performance tuning
- Experience with data integrations, data syncs, and data migrations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of database issues
- Optimize database performance and ensure high availability
- Strong understanding of database security management, performance improvement and best practices.
- Design and implement database schemas
- Manage cache and allocate resources effectively
- Knowledge of database CI/CD tools and implementation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide On-Call support for production databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of Python or PowerShell scripting is highly desirable.
